About me
Hello! Hind is my name. In 2020, I founded Canadoon®, a business specializing in immigration strategy services for foreign entrepreneurs aiming to establish themselves in Canada. This journey began when I discovered this beautiful country for the first time in 2009.
My mission and expertise
Since then, my mission has been to help you build a personalized immigration strategy that creates a positive impact on society. To achieve this, I rely on my Canadian Certified Immigration Consultant diploma, a professional specialization certificate in business creation from SAJE Montréal (Young Enterprise Support Service), and my expertise in executive human capital.
My professional experience
Over the past 10 years, I have worked with organizations across various industries. These include natural resources, services, ministries, and regional bodies in both France and Canada. Thanks to these experiences, I developed a strong understanding of how to attract, retain, and effectively develop the potential of future teams.
Community involvement and ongoing learning
Throughout my participation in workshops and events like Destination Canada and the Office Francophone de l’Intégration des Immigrants, a recurring theme emerged. Many foreign entrepreneurs had a clear vision but lacked a tailored immigration strategy. This was mainly due to limited legal advice specific to entrepreneurship. Therefore, I decided to specialize and train myself further to empower entrepreneurs to craft strategies with a lasting, positive societal impact.
Beyond consulting, I enjoy sharing knowledge and learning regularly through networks such as WEconnect International, the Quebec Business Women’s Network, and Business Link. With qualifications in business communication, law, and human resources, I have spent over 10 years supporting organizations in France and Canada to attract and develop talent. This diverse experience enriches my ability to offer personalized, effective immigration advice designed for entrepreneurs.
My journey and passion
Travel and discovery have always inspired me. Fascinated by trains as symbols of exploration, I once dreamed of being an archaeologist. Entrepreneurship captured my interest early on through school projects and economics classes, motivating me to make a positive impact by advising business owners.
A business trip introduced me to Canada’s vibrant entrepreneurial spirit. Soon after, I strategically prepared to move there, enhancing my skills with professional English training and research on immigration programs. While on a Working Holiday Visa in Australia, my desire to settle in Canada grew stronger, fueled by the country’s opportunities and unique climate.
